By paying and subscribing to our monthly packages you agree to these terms and conditions.

General

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements:
"Client", "You" and “Your" refers to you.
"The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company.
"Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.

Definitions

• “Calories Lab” restaurant serving fresh healthy meals.
• “Calories Lab” it offers different programs: Weight loss, weight stability, weight gain.
• “Calories Lab” offers monthly subscriptions of: 20 days, 24 days, 30 days.

Disclaimer

• We have the right to change/modify the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• We have the right to change any of our meal plans' names/prices/recipes without prior notice.

Monthly Meal Plan Subscription

• It is under the customer's responsibility to inform us of any food allergy before subscribing to our plans.
• Full payment must be received a minimum of 2 business days before the desired start date for either a new or renewal meal plan otherwise food delivery does not proceed.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Inability to get out of the contract after two days of receipt.
• If you are a subscriber and you cancel your subscription, Calories Lab has no obligation to refund any amount paid. Cancellation refund is only under extenuating circumstance and upon approval of Calories Lab Management.
• No-stop subscription does not exceed a month.

Delivery Policy

• The driver's waiting time at the place of delivery agreed with the customer is only 5 minutes from the moment the driver arrives at the place where the customer is informed.
• If there is no response, the meal will be received from the restaurant, otherwise the day will be deducted from the costumer if he does not receive it.
• Not to change the place of receipt only once.
• We always ensure that items are packaged safely to protect the contents. Buyers must note and agree to these delivery conditions.

Health Condition

• The meal has a shelf life of 48 hours from cooking.
• Calories Lab will not be held responsible for any health-related complications. It is under the customer's responsibility to inform our staff of any health conditions before subscribing.
• All meals shall be accompanied by an external sticker containing the name of the meal, the calories of the meal, the name of the costumer, the name of the restaurant, and contact numbers.
